Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
No-Show Fee: Parties of 6 or more may be subject to a $50 per person no-show fee
Late Arrivals: We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the booking time
Table Time Limits: During peak hours, tables are reserved for 2 hours
Changes: We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances
Guidance Only: Information provided by our AI assistant is for general guidance
Allergen Verification: Always verify critical allergen information with our staff
No Liability: We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI recommendations
Data Collection: Chat conversations may be logged for quality improvement
Availability: AI service availability is not guaranteed and may be discontinued
Allergen Disclosure: Guests must inform staff of all allergies before ordering
Cross-Contamination: We cannot guarantee complete allergen-free preparation
Menu Changes: Items and prices subject to change without notice
Dietary Requests: We accommodate most dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee all requests
Food Safety: All food is prepared following health and safety regulations
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and cash
Gratuity: A 20% service charge may be added for parties of 6 or more
Pricing Accuracy: Prices shown online may differ from in-restaurant prices
Billing Disputes: Must be reported within 30 days of charge
Dress Code: Smart casual attire required; management reserves right of admission
Behavior: Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal
